In Regular mode the LEDs to the right of the center mark will light up if your string is sharp, or to the left if it’s flat. In Strobe mode the more out of tune the string is, the more rapidly the LEDs illuminate across the meter, moving from right to left if it’s flat, and left to right if it’s sharp. The LEDs slow down as you get closer to the right pitch, and finally stop when the note is in tune. Half-Strobe mode is similar to Strobe, but half the number of LEDs appear in the meter’s strobe.
